iRISE™ Healing Transformation Program is a structured, psychology‑led healing system for high‑functioning women recovering from narcissistic abuse, who are ready to stop just coping and start consciously redesigning their lives
Introducing the iRISE™ Healing Transformation Program
The iRISE™ Healing Transformation Program is a 7‑phase, 35‑lesson transformation journey for high‑functioning women healing after narcissistic abuse.
It blends a structured, psychology‑led curriculum, live Accelerator Calls, and specialised guidance for both narcissistic parent and narcissistic partner dynamics.
Across six months, you’ll stabilise your nervous system, understand what happened without self‑blame, reclaim your identity and voice, and redesign your life and relationships from a grounded place – with a clear roadmap and a supportive, contained community.
What’s included
At every step, you’re not just learning about narcissistic abuse – you’re applying a structured healing process to your exact context.
Core Program – what’s covered
In 7 phases and 35 lessons, iRISE™ walks you from stabilisation and truth‑telling through identity reconstruction and life redesign into embodied post‑traumatic growth.
- Phase 1 – Safety, Grounding & Regulation
Stabilise your nervous system, understand trauma states like functional freeze and fawn, and build realistic daily anchors so you can move out of chronic survival mode into a basic sense of safety. - Phase 2 – Clarity, Truth & Pattern Mapping
Name narcissistic dynamics without self‑blame, map trauma imprints and triggers, and see shame, self‑blame, people‑pleasing and trauma bonds as survival strategies, not personal defects. - Phase 3 – From Survival Patterns to New Pathways
Interrupt automatic fight, flight, freeze and fawn, soften harsh inner narratives, and practise small, somatically safe behaviour shifts that gradually rewrite old patterns. - Phase 4 – Identity, Voice & Agency
Explore who you are beyond the relationship, reclaim your needs, desires and boundaries, and practise using your voice in everyday life without collapsing into guilt or panic. - Phase 5 – Life, Relationships & Future Vision
Rebuild your life from the inside out – clarifying values, designing regulation‑supportive routines, setting relational standards, and creating practical scaffolds around work, money and autonomy. - Phase 6 – Consolidation, Application & Repair
Focus on sustaining change: anchor non‑negotiable rituals, experiment with new ways of being, build momentum without burnout, and learn to repair gently when old patterns re‑appear. - Phase 7 – Post‑Traumatic Growth & Self‑Leadership
Recognise your new baseline, make decisions from values instead of wounds, create a healthy relationship blueprint, and claim a next‑level identity and future‑self that honours your journey.
Who it’s for (and not for)
The iRISE™ Healing Transformation Program is designed for high‑functioning women who:
- Have experienced narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships (partner or parent) and are no longer in immediate danger.
- Appear “together” on the outside but feel stuck in shame, self‑doubt, hypervigilance, or people‑pleasing inside.
- Want a structured, science‑grounded path – not random tips – and value high‑quality psychological insight.
- Prefer to do deep work in a psychologically safe, carefully facilitated space with others who “get it.”
This Transformation Program is created with high‑functioning women in mind and is facilitated from that lens. If you resonate with this experience, you are welcome here.
iRISE™ is not the right fit if:
- You are currently in acute crisis, unsafe, or in immediate danger (you’ll need crisis support and/or 1:1 clinical care first).
- You are looking for emergency response, legal advice, or crisis counselling.
How it works (6‑month access + 8‑week rhythm)
Join any time – with a clear 8‑week rhythm inside 6 months.
You get 6 months access to the full iRISE™ Healing Transformation Core Program, Live Calls, community, and specialised booklets from the day you enrol.
Phases are drip-released to your portal one per week for 7 weeks, so you always know exactly what to focus on and are never asked to process more than your system can hold.
Every Sunday, we meet for a 90-minute iRISE™ Healing Transformation Live Call, focused on one phase of the program. The eighth call in each cycle is an integration and future-planning session.
During your 6‑month access, you can attend as many live cycles as fall within your window – joining where we are in the current cycle or starting fresh with the next.
Most women complete their first full round of the curriculum in 8–12 weeks at 3–4 hours per week, then use the remaining time for integration, repetition, and live support.

FAQs
1. What if I can’t attend live on Sundays or miss a call?
To protect confidentiality and make the space feel as safe as possible, live calls are not recorded. This means you’ll receive the most benefit if you can attend most Sundays live. You will still have 6 months access to the full 7‑phase, 35‑module core curriculum and knowledge booklets, so you can continue your healing between calls and across cycles even if you occasionally need to miss a session.
2. Is this safe if I’m still in contact with the narcissistic person?
Many high‑functioning women in this situation (for example, co‑parenting or limited contact with a narcissistic parent) do this work. The program focuses on your understanding, your nervous system, your boundaries, and your decision‑making, not on telling you what to do in your specific legal or safety situation.
If you are in active danger, under severe coercive control, or in acute crisis, crisis services and/or specialist 1:1 support should be your first step; this program is an adjunct for when there is at least some degree of external safety.
3. What is your refund policy?
Because this is a digital program with immediate access to materials and a live group component that is not recorded, refunds are not generally offered once you have enrolled.
If you experience unexpected circumstances (for example, a significant life event), you can reach out to discuss options such as deferring your start or extending access on a case‑by‑case basis.
This is intended to be a considered, self‑honouring decision; please read the full page carefully and make sure the iRISE™ Healing Transformation Program feels like the right container for you before you join.

Hi Nisha, Thank you for being a valuable part of my healing journey, and for giving me the courage to write about my own experience. I’m profoundly grateful for you.
— Nicky
I really appreciate you taking time to go through the pathology. This is an integral part to my understanding of it all. That understanding allows me to let go more of it. So its a gift. Thank you..

Hi Nisha, This page has been unbelievably helpful in allowing me to understand myself, to treat myself with patience and to place the blame where it belongs. It’s not a cop out to blame my abusers. It makes me realize that that I can make the changes I need to make in order to live more fully. It’s not my fault. I am not nothing which is what they taught me to believe.
So thank you!
— Cathy
Hi Nisha, I just wanted to say thank you for your work. Thanks to therapy and your page being on push notifications, I just got out of my narcissistic abusive household with my mom. I need to rebuild my life, but you helped me realize the abuse I was tolerating and have now refused. So thank you for genuinely saving my life. Please continue the good work

Hi Nisha, I just want to say thank you for your work. I’ve just discovered your page today and it’s brought me to tears. This is an extremely validating. I had no idea so many of the things I struggle with daily are correlated directly to my relationship with my narcissistic mother. Your page has opened the door for me to beginhealing in a way I believe will work, rather than having me going in circles. So thank you
— Kaylie
Thank you very much! The step-by-step guide is incredibly helpful. So much more helpful than my therapist, who keeps telling me to “look after yourself, set boundaries”.
