Founder & Coach
Hi, I’m Nisha John – Trauma‑informed psychology practitioner (MSc in Psychology and Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology), organisational agility and operating model consultant, EMCC Coaching & Mentoring Practitioner, and founder of MomentousRISE®. Through MomentousRISE®, I help high‑functioning adults reset, rebuild and reclaim their lives after narcissistic and complex relational trauma through science‑based coaching and educational programs.
MomentousRise® started as my passion project, born from profound personal experiences and a deep-seated belief in the power of research-based awareness. Everything you find here is meticulously researched, curated, and designed by me. I truly believe that understanding can empower us to recognize and break free from unhelpful behavioral patterns, whether our own or those of others. Now, I work on MomentousRise full time, doing a combination of Coaching, Course creation and Social media community building.
My journey to founding MomentousRise® was inspired by immense personal challenges. My well-being was profoundly impacted by narcissistic behaviors within an intimate relationship and from immediate family members. To protect myself during those difficult times, I made significant life changes: relocating, changing jobs, lifestyle changes, significant weight loss and even stepping away from my public presence. These extreme life experiences and pivots profoundly shaped who I am today.
My unique approach is rooted in a powerful blend of expertise:
- Academic Rigor: I hold an MSc in Psychology, with a focus on original research into narcissistic abuse, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology.
- Professional Credentials: I am an EMCC Accredited Life Coach Practitioner, bringing structured and effective coaching methodologies to our work.
- Applied Experience: My background as an Operating Model Transformation Consultant (including Process Consulting, Management Consulting, Agile course Trainer, Enterprise Agile Coaching certifications and an International Diploma in Business Analysis) has equipped me with a strategic mindset, enabling me to help clients navigate systemic challenges in their personal recovery.
My mission extends beyond awareness, it’s about turning that awareness into empowerment. By bridging psychology, lived experience, and practical healing strategies, I strive to create safe, validating spaces where you can truly grow and transform.
Outside of my coaching practice, I find peace and inspiration in spiritual travels, reading, yoga, nature walks and writing. This project is incredibly close to my heart, and I’m genuinely excited to share it with you.
If you’re passionate about mental health, trauma recovery, or fostering community-driven change, I invite you to connect
