What iRISE Core Program Delivers
iRISE™ is a complete, structured framework that takes you from:
- Nervous system dysregulation → Internal safety and grounded regulation
- Identity confusion → Clarity about who you are beyond the relationship
- Emotional overwhelm → Understanding your triggers instead of being controlled by them
- Self-doubt and second-guessing → Trusting yourself again
- People-pleasing and guilt-driven decisions → Clear boundaries and choices made from values, not wounds
- Isolation in your healing → A private community of women healing individually and together
This is a real, structured progress your nervous system can actually hold.
What Shifts When This Work Integrates
- You feel grounded instead of constantly activated
- You trust yourself instead of second-guessing everything
- You hold boundaries without guilt
- You make decisions from clarity, not fear
- You stop performing “fine” and start actually feeling it
This is not instant healing. This is real progress your nervous system can hold.
This Is For You If
- You’ve experienced narcissistic abuse (partner or parent) and are no longer in immediate danger
- You understand what happened but still feel stuck in the impact
- You struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm
- You want structure, science based knowledge and community
- You’re ready to do the work, with guidance and support
This Is Not For You If
- You are in crisis or immediate danger
- You are a practitioner seeking professional development
Your Guide
I’m Nisha John – MSc Psychology, PGDip Occupational Psychology, EMCC-Accredited Practitioner. I spent years in management consulting, holding it together, performing under pressure while something inside was quietly breaking.

I built MomentousRise & iRISE Program because I couldn’t find what I needed – something that combined rigorous psychology with practical application. Today, nearly 50,000 people follow this work. Because it speaks the truth. Because survivors recognise themselves in it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this programme available outside the UK?
Yes. iRISE is fully accessible worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and anywhere with an internet connection.
All bi-weekly integration calls are included regardless of your location. Calls are held at times designed to accommodate multiple time zones, and you will have access to the community and all programme materials for the full 6 months.
Is this safe if I am still in contact with the narcissistic person?
Many women in this situation (for example, co-parenting or limited contact with a narcissistic parent) do this work. The programme focuses on your understanding, your nervous system, your boundaries, and your decision-making. It does not tell you what to do in your specific legal or safety situation. If you are in active danger or acute crisis, crisis services should be your first step.
Is this only for people who have left the relationship?
No. This program supports both those who have left and are rebuilding, and those who are still in the dynamic and need clarity, stability, and internal strength.
What stage of recovery is this designed for?
This program is best suited if you feel stuck despite understanding your experience, experience emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or confusion, and want a structured path instead of scattered advice. If you are looking for deeper recovery and change, this is for you.
What is your refund policy?
Because this is a digital programme with immediate access to materials, refunds are not generally offered once you have enrolled. If you experience unexpected circumstances, you can reach out to discuss options such as extending access on a case-by-case basis. This is intended to be a considered, self-honouring decision.
Is this programme for personal healing or practitioner training?
iRISE is designed exclusively for survivors of narcissistic abuse seeking personal healing. It is not a practitioner training programme and is not intended for mental health professionals or coaches to repurpose, adapt, or use the content, tools, or frameworks in their own practices or for commercial use.
All content from MomentousRise, including iRISE course materials, frameworks, workbooks, and templates, is proprietary and copyrighted. — Josephine

Hi Nisha, Thank you for being a valuable part of my healing journey, and for giving me the courage to write about my own experience. I’m profoundly grateful for you.
— Nicky
I really appreciate you taking time to go through the pathology. This is an integral part to my understanding of it all. That understanding allows me to let go more of it. So its a gift. Thank you..

Hi Nisha, This page has been unbelievably helpful in allowing me to understand myself, to treat myself with patience and to place the blame where it belongs. It’s not a cop out to blame my abusers. It makes me realize that that I can make the changes I need to make in order to live more fully. It’s not my fault. I am not nothing which is what they taught me to believe.
So thank you!
— Cathy
Hi Nisha, I just wanted to say thank you for your work. Thanks to therapy and your page being on push notifications, I just got out of my narcissistic abusive household with my mom. I need to rebuild my life, but you helped me realize the abuse I was tolerating and have now refused. So thank you for genuinely saving my life. Please continue the good work

Hi Nisha, I just want to say thank you for your work. I’ve just discovered your page today and it’s brought me to tears. This is an extremely validating. I had no idea so many of the things I struggle with daily are correlated directly to my relationship with my narcissistic mother. Your page has opened the door for me to beginhealing in a way I believe will work, rather than having me going in circles. So thank you
— Kaylie
Thank you very much! The step-by-step guide is incredibly helpful. So much more helpful than my therapist, who keeps telling me to “look after yourself, set boundaries”.

— Lisa
I always love what you have to say!
God bless you sister 🙏🏼

I used to get confused about whether my ex is a narcissist because he wasn’t critical and isn’t grandiose. Your writing has changed my perspective in fundamental ways. It’s been so important to my decision to leave and my path of healing
— Shan
This is such meaningful work. Thank you for bringing clarity to a topic that many people have lived through but never had the language to understand.
— Nicole
Thank you for this treasure trove of information. This is the kind of education we need to be getting in the first place.. so thank you for your service and contribution 🙌🏻
I totally resonate with the confusion about being a ‘victim’ of this type of behavior . I was baffled … and wondered how can ‘I’ , a strong, independent woman be subject to this . But for natural givers, our empathy can make our boundaries blurry. This is why being ‘educated’ in these areas is as important as getting an MBA in my book
— Nat
You have an incredible strength of getting to the essence in a manner that is simultaneously clear, succinct, abd encouraging. I live the switch from Why me to What now! Thank you!

As a survivor this is one of the most validating pieces I’ve ever read, and I’ve read so much. Even shared with my therapist. Healing is not for the weak, nor is walking away, or naming it what it is…abuse.
— Deann
Not being able to afford insurance or personal therapy, your page is saving my life, I wanted to acknowledge how much I and I’m sure many others appreciate your work. Thank you

Thank you so much. I can barely face each day. Your work is full of insight about what’s going on in my head. I thought I was the only one and that I would never feel any different. But now I realise there may be others suffering more than I
— Sally
I was stunned to see such a display of class because it is so rare to see these days. You are a class act and I commend you for traveling the high road, it can get lonely up here 😉
— Susan
I am so very grateful for you, your presence, and amazing learned, inner-sightful, and compassionate caring. Thank you for being here.
Many blessings 💞🙏🏽✨
— Mel

— Cintra
I’m 16 years removed from my abuse, and healing has been so slow. But you give me hope and understanding. Thanks!
— Dawn
